"Chevy Test Pulls?" You may be asking yourself exactly what is a Chevy Test Pull and how do we get pulled (or get to pull as the case may be).
Have you ever seen the fancy commercials with a truck towing something ridiculously heavy and completely out of place - like say, Mount Rushmore? You think to yourself, "No way! There's no real way to hook-up and tow a mountain." Outlandish claims like this have been part of truck advertising ever since, well, trucks have been advertised. But now all the talk of "stated tow ratings" has come to an end. No more must you wonder "what does it feel like to pull Mount Rushmore?"
For the first time ever, you'll be able to jump in a Chevy 2500 truck towing a 10,000 Sea Vee and drive it around to REALLY see how it feels to start, stop, and drive around. And not only that, but you'll be able to pull the boat out of the boat ramp. That's right - real world tests pulls.
The test pulls will take place Friday April 29th from noon to 6 p.m. at the Seminole Boat Ramp (map) on 27th Avenue and South Bayshore Drive.You must call and book a time for your test pull.
